Fee Structure
Base Costs—Capped at $30,000 per year
These three fees contribute toward a hard cap of $30,000. Once you hit the cap, they stop:

- Team Member Fees: $225/month per agent
- Admin Fees: $345 per transaction, capped at 40 transactions per year per team
