Fee Structure
Base Costs
- Team Leader Fee: $695/month
- Team Member Fees: $225/month per agent
- Admin Fees: $345 per transaction, capped at 40 transactions per year per team. Number of Broker Admin Fees collected will be prorated based on the team leader's start date. The 40 side count restarts on January 1 of the following year.
Transaction Costs for Team Members
- $100/transaction for each team member’s first 10 transactions per year
- After 10, there’s no per-transaction fee for that agent for the rest of the year
