Traditional brokers keep over 20-50% of YOUR commission. A Five Star agent has 2 options for sales commission. And you choose the option that’s best for YOU.
Flat Fee Plan
What's the plan?
- You keep 100% commission.
- Caps at $7,680 per year.
- Basically $640 per month, you keep the rest!
- Includes access to all Five Star resources, classes, and support.
- You pay nothing extra, no hidden fees.
The Cap Plan
What's the plan?
- 70/30 Split.
- Once you’ve paid in $8,900, you keep 100% for the rest of the year.
- $105 per month membership fee.
- Includes access to all Five Star resources, classes, and support.
- You pay nothing extra, no hidden fees.
*Both plans have a $295 Broker Admin Fee on each transaction
